ALAÏA S/S 1986 Vintage Runway Denim Zipper Dress M
Iconic Azzedine Alaïa denim dress from his Spring 1986 collection. This was such a memorable collection - featuring the one and only Grace Jones in the iconic Alaïa hooded dress. So many of the designs from this show have become important Alaïa trademarks.
This collectors piece is made from a thick stretch denim and features a collar which can be worn up or down, an oversized bodice, a full zip down front opening with two zippers, two large functional pockets at the front with zippers also at the sides, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. The skirt is tight in contrast to the oversized bodice, and the waist can be adjusted - giving an amazing silhouette.
