STORE POLICIES

By making a purchase you agree to the following:

We encourage you to contact us with any inquiry before purchasing any item. Please refer to the measurements in the item description.
Please keep in mind that the pieces that we sell are vintage and pre-owned and may have signs of wear and age - we do our best to describe the flaws that any item may have. Some light wear to vintage and pre-owned clothing is normal.

All items are packaged with recyclable materials (paper/cardboard) and sent either by UPS or DHL within 1 - 4 business days. All packages are sent with a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. We are not responsible if the shipping company does not deliver directly to the customers door. We will try our best to help the customer if any delivery issue arises, but things are often outside our control. We advise that any delivery issue in the customers country is addressed directly by the customer with the shipping company.

If you require urgent shipping, please let us know prior to purchasing. Please note that in this case there may be an extra fee applied.

For orders outside of the EU, please note that there may be delays due to customs. This is outside of our control. The buyer is responsible for any potential customs fees. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returned packages due to unresolved recipient-related customs issues.

We do not offer returns for outside of the EU. But please contact us if you have any issue with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

At SUMO, we value transparency and aim to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our business and commitment to sustainability. We kindly ask all customers to carefully read the item description and check measurements before purchasing, as we prefer not to accept returns due to the sustainable nature of our business and the unique nature of our vintage designer pieces.

However, the following policy has been established for buyers within the EU:

For EU Buyers:

1. Return Notification

- Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their item if they wish to return it. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. If we receive a return without prior notice it will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

- Unworn and undamaged, with no signs of use or alteration. Any signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

- Items must be returned with the original SUMO tag attached and in the same shipping box.

- Customers billing address must be in the EU.

3. Return Costs

- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes or duties.


- Buyers are not reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

4. Restocking Fee

- A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns and deducted from the reimbursement.

5. Condition of Return

- Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

For Non-EU Buyers:

We do not offer returns for buyers outside the EU. But please contact us if you have any issues with you order.
